Who this session is for
This consultation is for Thai students who have selected—or are close to selecting—a German bachelor’s, master’s, Studienkolleg, or language-preparation route. It is especially useful when several requirements seem to depend on one another and you need to know what must happen first.
You may be at the shortlist stage, waiting for an admission decision, or holding an offer while the visa clock has already begun. We work with your actual intake and circumstances rather than giving you a generic checklist.
What you receive
- A short pre-call questionnaire covering education, intended programme, intake, finances, and current documents.
- A 75-minute private video consultation scheduled for a time workable in Thailand and Berlin.
- A written action roadmap within two business days, ordered by dependency and deadline.
- Notes on admissions evidence, APS requirements where applicable, proof of funding, health insurance, visa preparation, accommodation, and city registration.
- One email follow-up within seven days for clarification.
The fee does not include translations, certified copies, application fees, blocked-account deposits, insurance premiums, legal representation, or submitting forms on your behalf.
The planning process
1. Before we meet
Send your intended programme links, admission status, target intake, passport nationality, and the documents you already hold. Please redact bank account numbers and other unnecessary sensitive details.
2. During the call
We identify fixed dates first: application closure, semester start, enrolment deadline, and likely visa appointment window. Then we place the dependent tasks around them. If your preferred route is too tight, we discuss a safer intake or preparation route rather than pretending every deadline can be met.
3. After the call
Your roadmap separates immediate actions, items waiting on third parties, documents to request, and tasks for the final weeks before travel. It also records assumptions that you should verify with the university, German mission, or local authority.
Timing and boundaries
Allow one week from enquiry to receiving the written roadmap, subject to appointment availability. The consultation is educational migration planning, not immigration legal advice. We do not guarantee university admission, a visa, accommodation, or an appointment date; those decisions remain with the relevant institutions.
Prepare for the session
Have your programme shortlist, latest qualification, intended budget, preferred German city, and open questions nearby. If a parent or funding sponsor will make key financial decisions, they may join the final 20 minutes with advance notice.
